PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measurement apparatus which is attached to a table tap to easily replace failed equipment without interrupting power supply. SOLUTION: The measurement apparatus includes: a measurement part including a detection module which measures first data from AC power supply to be supplied via a table tap, a central processing module which calculates second data using the first measured data, and a storage module in which the first data and the second data are stored; and a communication part which is connected to a REM apparatus via a network and transmits at least any one piece of the first data and the second data to the REM apparatus by a communication protocol, and is attached/detached on the table tap without disconnection of AC input to be supplied via the table tap.
