The present invention relates to a universal joint for a vehicle for heat-treating required portions and a manufacturing method thereof. The manufacturing method of the universal joint for a vehicle comprises: a shaft joint forming process for forming a shaft part on a yoke part in a body by inserting a material into a die and pressing the material using a punch a d forming a spline on the outer side of the shaft part; a process for forming a plating layer for cutting off the heat-treatment on the yoke part to perform heat-treatment on the shaft joint; a heat-treatment process for performing heat-treatment on the shaft joint; and a process for processing a connecting hole to connect another part to the yoke part of the shaft joint after the heat-treatment process is completed. |
