Disclosed is a device combined with an inverter and a charger for an electric vehicle which charges a high voltage battery in case of a charging mode and drives a three-phase electric motor by switching the charging power of the high voltage battery in case of an operating mode according to one embodiment of the present invention. The device combined with the inverter and the charger comprises a first power source which supplies power for driving a switching unit of a rectifier and a second power source which supplies the power for driving the switching unit of the inverter. The first power source and the second power source independently supply the power.
