PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a usage fee plan proposal system for determining whether a fee plan selected by a customer is suitable, and proposing the fee plan suited to usage result of the customer regardless of intention of the customer.SOLUTION: A usage fee plan proposal system comprises: a usage fee data storage part 3 for storing data on a plurality of usage fee plans; a customer data storage part 5 for storing customer data including a usage fee plan contracted by a customer and usage result of the customer; a usage fee plan suitability determination part 7; and a plan proposal part 9. The usage fee plan suitability determination part 7 determines whether or not the contracted usage fee plan is suited to the usage result on the basis of the usage result of the customer. If the usage fee plan suitability determination part 7 determines that the contracted usage fee plan is not suited to the usage result, the plan proposal part 9 proposes a usage fee plan suited to the usage result to the customer. |
