PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a receiving device capable of reducing cell search processing.SOLUTION: A base station device 100 includes: a frame forming section 130 that forms a frame including a pilot symbol at least at either the top or the end thereof, in which there is disposed a combination of plural sequences included in a sequence set corresponding to a base station scrambling code which is assigned automatically; and a radio transmitting section 155 that transmits the formed frame. At a frame receiving side, frame timing can be detected based on the position of the pilot symbol included in the frame. Further, since the base station scrambling code and the sequence set including plural sequences are associated with each other, sequences associated with the pilot symbol can be detected. Thereby, the candidates are focused onto the base station scrambling codes of at most the number of the combinations included in the sequence set. Thus, the load of cell search processing can be reduced. |
