PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an α-tocopherol-containing composition with which a polymerization inhibitory property and antioxidation performance of α-tocopherol are maintained or improved while preventing discoloration of α-tocopherol.SOLUTION: An α-tocopherol-containing composition contains: α-tocopherol; and at least one additive selected from a group constituted of an arylphosphine compound, a silazane compound, and a silanol compound, wherein the content of the additive is 0.1-50 pts.mass on an outer ratio basis, based on 100 pts.mass of α-tocopherol. |
