摘要 <p>A feedforward thickness control method for the performance of a cold rolling mill. One or more frames are selected as virtual indirect measuring instruments for the strip performance, and frame S1 must be used as a virtual indirect measuring instrument for the strip performance. The deformation resistance fluctuation of supplied materials is calculated, a pressure measuring head is disposed on the frames that are selected as the indirect measuring instruments for the strip performance, the deformation resistance fluctuation of supplied materials of frame S1 is obtained through calculation, and finally the amount of the feedforward adjustment for each frame is calculated. By performing feedforward thickness control through the indirectly measured deformation resistance of the supplied materials, and by measuring the deformation resistance of each section of the strip of the supplied materials through the selected frame, the influence of the performance fluctuation of hot-rolled finished products of the supplied materials on the precision of the cold rolling thickness control is avoided, and the precision of the thickness control is improved, which is of positive significance for ensuring the precision of the thickness of finished products of the strip in the length direction of the entire steel coil, reducing the fluctuation of the thickness of the finished products of the strip and ensuring stable rolling.</p>
