The machine (11) has a housing in which two axial piston machines (31, 32) are arranged, where the machine is formed from the axial piston machines. A connection plate is designed as a single piece. The connection plate comprises hydraulic connection pieces that produce a hydraulic connection of the axial piston machines. The connection plate comprises a low pressure hole staying in connection with a hydraulic suction line (26). Two non return valves are arranged opposite to each other in the low pressure hole in a block direction. An independent claim is also included for a hydraulic system.
