The present invention relates to a meat roasting apparatus capable of rotating and revolving which comprises the followings: a main body (10) in a cylindrical shape, including a door (11) formed of transparent glass with high heat resistance and located on the front side of the main body; a rotating and revolving body (20) rotating and revolving meat by being mounted on the inner center of the main body (10); a heating source supplying unit (30) supplying a heating source to the periphery of the main body; a guiding unit (40) guiding meat oil discharged from roasted meat by being installed on the lower side of the rotating and revolving body (20); an oil receiving member(50) installed on the lower side of the guiding unit (40) in a drawer form to be drawn, for receiving the oil discharged through a central hole (41) of the guiding unit (40); and a stovepipe body (60) discharging combustion gas by being installed on the upper end surface of the main body (10). The meat roasting apparatus rotates and revolves a meat roasting rotation body installed inside the main body to roast meat to be roasted which is located on the meat roasting rotation body by applying heat from side walls of the main body to the meat while preventing the generation of smoke when roasting the meat, preventing the meat from burning, and efficiently removing oil from the meat. |
