PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide analysis methods which enable a simple speedy and accurate examination of male sterility by analyzing and specifying the Y chromosome and the deletion site of the sperm forming area on the Y chromosome.SOLUTION: There are provided novel analyzing methods for the Y chromosome and the deletion pattern of the sperm forming area on the Y chromosome.
