PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curable composition that can form a cured material layer that has a surface excellent in water repellency, oil repellency, fingerprint resistance, and an antifouling property by curing, and is useful as a forming material of a heat curing type antifouling coating agent.SOLUTION: A curable composition includes 0.005-20 parts by mass of a fluoroalcohol compound (A) shown by formula (1) based on 100 parts by mass of the whole composition. In the formula, Rf denotes a monovalent or bivalent group having 100-40,000 of a molecular weight and containing a fluoropolyether structure; Qdenotes a linking group of an (a+b) valency having at least (a+b) Si atoms and consisting of a siloxane structure, an unsubstituted or halogen substituted silarylene structure or a combination thereof and may form a ring structure; Qdenotes a 1-20C bivalent hydrocarbon group, may form a ring structure, and may contain an ether bond or an ester bond on the way; when Rf is monovalent, c is 1, and a is 1-6; when Rf is bivalent, a is 1, and c is 2; and b denotes 1-20. |
