PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a developing device that reduces vibration thereof due to rotation of a developing roller and an agitation member, and to provide an image forming device including the same.SOLUTION: A developing device 14 includes a drive shaft 51 that transmits rotating force from a driving source to first and second agitation members 23, 24 and a developing roller 27. An inertia principal axis I extended in a longitudinal direction of the developing device 14 through a center of gravity of the developing device 14 is located within an axial diameter of the drive shaft 51. |
