PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To comparatively accurately determine a state of electrostatic coupling of a detection target part and a contact unit.SOLUTION: An input device comprises: a contact unit; a first detection unit which detects contact of a detection target part with the contact unit by an electrostatic capacitance system; a second detection unit which detects physical contact of the detection target part with the contact unit by a predetermined system other than the electrostatic capacitance system; and a control unit. The control unit determines whether physical contact of the detection target part with the contact unit is detected by the predetermined system other than the electrostatic capacitance system (step S111 and step S112), and on the condition that the contact is detected (YES at step S112), on the basis of a detection result by the electrostatic capacitance system, determines a state of electrostatic coupling of the detection target part and the contact unit (step S113 to step S119). |
