A wave power collection apparatus comprises a floating body (1), a drum (3), an anchorage or a fixed platform, a rope (2), the floating body (1) being a fully enclosed housing; the spindle (4) of the drum (3) entering into a floating body cavity by penetrating through a hole on the floating body housing, and the penetration place having a seal ring (43); further comprises a rope winding mechanism, guide wheels (27) and a support (25) thereof, the guide wheels (27) being two fixed pulleys close together, between which the rope (2) is sandwiched, the guide wheels (27) being at a certain distance below the floating body (1), and being fixed to the floating body (1) through the support (25); one end of the rope (2) being tied to the anchorage or the fixed platform, the other end being wrapped on the drum (3) after penetrating through the guide wheels (27); and the drum (3) being connected to the rope winding mechanism through the spindle; and further comprises a diagonal draw bar (26), one end of the diagonal draw bar (26) being connected to the bottom keel of the floating body (1), and the other end being connected to the bottom of the support of the guide wheels (27). The apparatus has a strong impact resistance capacity and self-correcting capacity, and is easily maintained and low in cost.
