The present invention relates to a wireless underwater level measuring system using a three-electrode sensor comprising: a winding machine for winding and unwinding a general band-type tape measure; a receiving module attached to one side of the winding machine; the general band-type tape measure having one side fixed on the winding machine to be wound and unwound by the rotation of a drum of the winding machine and having length markings; and the three-electrode sensor coupled to the end of the general tape measure by a band. The three-electrode sensor comprises a detecting part which has a first detecting pole arranged in the end of the three-electrode sensor, a second detecting pole with a length longer than the first detecting pole, and a third detecting pole with a length longer than the second detecting pole; a coupling part for coupling the detecting part and replacing a battery by separating the receiving module, a power supply part, and a body part; the body part made of waterproof packing to keep the coupling part waterproof; an upper molding part arranged on the top of the body part so that the body part can be sealed and waterproof; and a lower molding part coupled to the coupling part.
