The present invention relates to a connection structure of an insulation box of a curtain wall. The connection structure of the insulation box of the curtain wall comprises a curtain wall fixing frame, wherein the inside is hollowed in a longitudinal direction and a flat attachment surface is formed on the upper surface so that the end of the adjacent curtain walls is arranged to be mutually separated; a bracket including a side wall unit reinforcing the curtain wall fixing frame with transverse pressing power by being attached to both sides of the curtain wall fixing frame and a bottom unit fixed to a foundation frame of a building by being extended from the lower end of the side wall unit; a fixing unit fixing both sides of the curtain wall fixing frame to the side wall unit; a base member attached to the attachment surface of the curtain wall fixing frame by including a vertical member in which an insertion groove of which the upper part is opened in the longitudinal direction is formed; an insulation material preventing heat conduction by being mounted on the insertion groove of the vertical member; and the insulation box formed with a cap member covering exposed part of the insulation material to be separated from the vertical member. The vertical member of the base member protrudes from the end mounting surface in order to be located between the ends of the adjacent curtain walls, and the flat end mounting surface is formed on both sides of the base member so that the ends of the adjacent curtain wall are mutually separated.
