Secured activation of devices

The method involves determining an activation code using parameters of two spatially separated entities, where one of the entities is a person and the parameters are personal parameters. The other entity is a device to be activated and the parameters determined by the latter entity are device parameters. The code is computed with the help of a symmetrical coding procedure. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a system for evaluating an activation code (2) a computer program product with computer program including instructions executable on a processor for activating a device.
