<p>The present invention relates to an optical fiber-quantum dot probe and a detecting method using the same which detects an object by using the transmission of electrons between a quantum dot and coenzyme. The present invention provides the optical fiber-quantum dot probe on which the selectivity and sensitivity are increased by utilizing an enzyme reaction even though a small amount of the object exists. The optical fiber-quantum dot probe includes quantum dot-coenzyme formed on an optical fiber taper which is the body of the probe, thereby being easily inserted into a brain of a human and conveniently measuring a change in the concentration of neurotransmitter.</p> |
