The present invention relates to an improvement of skin care through the diet of a ginseng extract or a composition containing the red ginseng extract and plant extracts. The degree of skin care improvement is measured by identifying physiological factors such as facial oil, facial melanin, facial erythema, and facial viscoelasticity and psychological factors such as satisfaction on skin care improvement, neck skin improvement, and body health improvement. In the present invention, most of attended women are physiologically and psychologically satisfied with the improvements, therefore skin care is improved through the diet of red ginseng and plant extracts. |
