The present invention relates to a sludge drying system using waste heat comprising: an incinerator (10) generating hot exhaust gas with incinerating waste; a waste heat boiler (20) generating hot steam using the hot exhaust gas from the incinerator (10) with being connected to the incinerator (10); and a drying unit (40) receiving sludge and drying the sludge with hot air fed from the waste heat boiler (20) with being connected to the waste heat boiler (20), wherein a sludge feeding part feeding the sludge is formed at the upper side of the drying unit (40) and a hot feeding part connected to the waste heat boiler (20) is formed at the lower side of the drying unit (40) so that the free-falling sludge is dried by the hot air of updraft, and pulverizing screens (50) formed inside the drying unit (40) along the moving path of the sludge pulverize the sludge. The free-falling sludge is naturally crushed and dried by the pulverizing screens through the sludge drying system of the present invention, thereby simplifying the whole structure of the drying system and reducing facility manufacturing costs and maintenance costs according to improving drying efficiency with crushing the sludge without an extra driving source. |
