The present invention provides a high strength concrete composition for forming concrete containing cement, water, aggregates, and reinforcing fibers. The concrete contains 350~405kg/m^3 of cement and 1.8-2.5 kg/m^3 of the reinforcing fibers and has a unit quantity of 110-115 kg/m^3, a water and cement ratio of 40-47%, a fine aggregate rate (S/A) of 45-50%, and a slump of 180 mm or more. In addition, the present invention provides a construction method of high strength surface slab using the high strength concrete composition, characterized by comprising the steps of: (1) constructing the slab using general concrete composition; (2) repairing cracks or damaged parts on the surface of the slab using a concrete filler; (3) spraying water and maintaining the surface of the slab in a saturated surface dry (SSD) state; (4) applying an acrylic polymer admixture-based adhesive onto the surface of the slab; (5) placing a new high strength slab layer using the high strength concrete composition within 15 minutes after applying the adhesive; (6) finishing the placed high strength slab layer by a polishing machine; (7) applying a curing agent within 24 hours after finishing; and (8) applying a liquid hardener at least seven days later.
