A method for determination of strength of ebonite at concentrated break includes application of static load to the center of the sample, with its ends placed in steel bushings. At the middle of the working section of the sample sharp cut as concentrator is made, with depth 1 mm, with angle at the top 45°, this is estimated with efficient coefficient of concentration of stress, with calculation by the ratio of the value of ultimate stress of ebonite at concentrated break of cut sampleto the ultimate stress of smooth sampleat same cross section net by given formula. |
