The proposed selective sunflower thresher consists of housing, a beating chamber, where changeable screen decks are located, an aspiration system, an electric motor and a control unit. In the upper part the beating chamber comprises a loading hatch with a cover and a locking device and has two double-section S-like vanes with flexible beaters. The vanes are joined with a bushing diagonally with a shift in different sides relative to the bushing axis for 3 mm. The thresher comprises a system for distribution of threshing and cleaning products onto three fractions (seeds, aspiration waste, stop waste) and a device for threshed whole umbels removal with a lock keeper. |
