TECHNIQUE FOR FASHIONING ILEOCOLONIC ANASTOMOSIS

A technique for fashioning the ileocolonic anastomosis comprises the mobilization and removal of the right divisions of the colon, the shaping of the stump of the transverse colon and the fashioning of the invagination longitudinal terminolateral ileocolonic anastomosis. The terminal division of ileum is cut at the angle of 45° to countermesenteric edge. The invagination longitudinal terminolateral ileocolonic anastomosis is applied at the angle of 155° between the ileum and the stump of the transverse colon with the aid of two-row intestinal suture.
