The present invention relates to a corrosion prevention ball filled inside a pipe in which a fluid flows and preventing scale, a manufacturing method thereof, and a device for preventing corrosion using the same. The corrosion prevention ball comprises 35-45 wt% of illite, 8-12 wt% of mica, 8-12 wt% of montmorillonite, 8-12 wt% of zirconium oxide, 8-12 wt% of titanium oxide, 8-12 wt% of vegetable silica, and 8-12 wt% of kiyoseki stone. The corrosion prevention ball is formed in a spherical shape with a diameter of 3-30 mm. The corrosion prevention ball is capable of preventing the corrosion and scale inside the pipe.
