The present invention relates to an automatic inspection system for glass loading cassettes. The cassettes mentioned above are a moving device by which glasses used for a display device of expensive flat panel display products are moved between manufacturing processes after stored and loaded in multi-stages. Recently, the trend of the flat panel display products tends to high resolution, enlargement, and slimness. According to the properties of the glasses, the glasses are more deflected as being larger and thinner, so it might cause damage to the glasses because the glasses can be crashed into some part of the deformed cassette. The factor is generated in portions where people cannot check with the naked eyes, especially, by the geometrical change of the cassette. To solve the problem, Disclosed is the automatic inspection system for glass loading cassettes to prevent not only economical loss, such as damage to the glasses, production delay, and others, but also various faulty factors since faulty cassettes are not put into the manufacturing processes beforehand.
