PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil ring vibration damping device capable of suppressing the swinging movement of an oil ring.SOLUTION: A first flow regulating plate 21 and a second flow regulating plate 22 for preventing the convection of lubricating oil L in an oil tank 104 from acting on an oil ring 103 are arranged in the oil tank 104 so as to hold the oil ring 103. The distance D1 between the first flow regulating plate 21 and the oil ring 103 and the distance D2 between the second flow regulating plate 22 and the oil ring 103 are kept equal, and the distances D1, D2 are adjustable. |
