The present invention relates to a material production management system enabling an administrator to handle production management work for materials, which are required for constructing a vessel, in a mobile environment. The present invention comprises: a DB group storing material base information, material record processing information, and material post-processing information; a mobile terminal equipped with an application program module which provides a user interface (UI) for managing the stored information of the DB group; and a server determining whether to allow the access of the application program module to the stored information of the DB group. Therefore, a convenient and efficient production management system can be constructed.
