PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a woody plate having particulate attachment and capable of suppressing re-floating of house dust such as dust and further removing powder dust by casual cleaning.SOLUTION: A woody plate includes a plate-like woody substrate, and a functional layer provided on a surface of the woody substrate and composed of a single layer or multiple layers. A layer configuring a surface of the functional layer is a coating film for a coating material containing an electron beam curable resin as a base and a silicone compound having a chain-like structure obtained by dimethylsiloxane coupling within a range having polymarization degree 5 to 80 in a main chain or a side chain and having a functional group coupling with the electron beam curable resin at at least two ends of a structure including the chain-like structure.
