PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature compensation circuit, a circuit device, an electronic apparatus and an adjustment method that implement higher order temperature compensation in a simple configuration.SOLUTION: The temperature compensation circuit comprises: a first order component generation circuit 30; a third order component generation circuit 40; a higher order component generation circuit 50; a first order component gain adjustment circuit 60; a third order component gain adjustment circuit 70; a higher order component gain adjustment circuit 80; and an addition circuit 100. The addition circuit 100 adds up a gain-adjusted first order output signal VS1, a gain-adjusted third order output signal VS3 and a gain-adjusted higher order output signal VSh, and outputs a voltage resulting from the addition as a temperature compensation voltage VCOMP. The higher order component generation circuit 50 outputs as a higher order component signal ISh a signal approximating a composite function that is a composite of at least an i-th degree function higher in degree than a cubic function and a j-th degree function higher in degree than the i-th degree function. |
