PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low cost constant velocity universal joint capable of securing sealing characteristics of a boot.SOLUTION: A constant velocity universal joint includes an outside joint member 10 having an opening at one end, and an inner side joint member for transmitting torque while tolerating angle displacement via the torque transmission member between its outside joint member 10, in which a large diameter end part 61 of bellows-shaped boot 60 for blocking the opening of the outside joint member 10 is fastened tight and fixed to an attachment part 13 of the outside joint member 10 by a boot band 71, an annular V groove 14 is formed in the attachment part 13 of the outside joint member 10, and a V groove corresponding region 64 of the large diameter end part 61 of the boot 60 and the V groove corresponding part 73 of the boot band 71 are made into a cross-section shape of the letter V. |
