PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a display panel in which peeling of a sealing layer from an electrode is suppressed, and to provide a display panel manufactured by using the same.SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing a display panel 10 comprises: a first step of preparing a panel intermediate formed by laminating an anode 107, a light-emitting functional layer, and a cathode 117 in this order; a second step of forming a buffer layer 121 made of SiON on the cathode 117 by a CVD method immediately after subjecting the cathode 117 to reduction treatment; and a third step of forming a sealing layer 123 made of SiN on the buffer layer 121 by a CVD method immediately after subjecting the buffer layer 121 to reduction treatment. |
