摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a storage circuit which can perform a high-speed operation and can hold data for a long period of time even in a situation where power is not supplied.SOLUTION: A storage circuit is provided with: a first write mode to enable data to be held for a long period of time; and a second write mode to enable data writing to be performed at a high speed. The storage circuit, in which data reading is performed by determining the conductive state of a transistor, includes a first capacitance section and second capacitance section which are connected through a switch and hold electric charge that is based on the data. The storage circuit has: the first write mode in which the switch is on and the electric charge based on the data is stored in the electrically connected first capacitance section and second capacitance section; and the second write mode in which the switch is off and the electric charge based on the data is stored in the first capacitance section and the electric charge based on the data is not stored in the second capacitance section.
