The present invention relates to an insulating member and, more specifically, to a terminal insulating holder for insulating a terminal when separating the terminal. The terminal insulating holder of the present invention enables easy work without being disturbed by cables because the cables are simply fixated and prevents electric leakage by completely covering the terminal when separating the cables and preventing disconnection with an external power source or a connection part.
