FIELD: chemistry.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to glass ceramics, particularly to high-temperature radiotransparent glass-ceramic materials for microwave engineering, meant for making radio tracking equipment in aerospace and rocket engineering. The glass-ceramic material for microwave engineering contains SiO, AlO, TiO, MgO and SiOin form of plated TiOaerosil, with the following ratio of components, wt %: SiO- 35.5-38.3; SiOin form of plated TiOaerosil - 0.1; AlO- 22.8-25.5; TiO- 16.1-18.8; MgO - 20.0-22.8.EFFECT: low thermal coefficient of linear expansion, stable permittivity and loss-angle tangent, high ultimate under centrally symmetric bending.2 tbl |
