The invention provides a structure of an EL display device implementing the large area of display and a structure of the EL display device implementing the fixture of display. The large area of display is implemented by providing a sub electrode by touching a conductive film having translucency. The sub electrode is formed on a first partition and a second partition covers a side of the electrode. The top surface of the sub electrode touches the conductive film. The conductive film is an electrode of a light emitting device. The fixture of display is implemented by overlapping a plurality of white light emitting devices in a pixel part with a color filter.
