At 1 cm on either side from the deferent canal, there are two parallel incisions of the abdominal peritoneum towards the seminal vesicle. The testicle is immersed into the saccular portion of the Nuck's diverticulum. A new straight canal is formed from the collar of the inguinal canal into the abdominal region, and the testicle surrounded by the Nuck's diverticulum is brought down through the above canal into the scrotum, wherein orchiopexy is performed.EFFECT: method enables eliminating the potential damages of spermiducal pathways and cryptorchid testis blood supplies.10 dwg
