PURPOSE: An IVR(Interactive Voice Response) service system and method thereof are provided to offer text data services and voice services to a VoIP(Voice over Internet Protocol) terminal by including a web server for using a data channel of a VoIP network. CONSTITUTION: An IVR server(30) executes a CCXML(Call Control eXtensible Markup Language) scenario corresponding to a voice scenario branch signal or a voice call connecting signal of a VoIP terminal(10). The IVR server transmits a voice guide service included in a script which belongs to URL(Uniform Resource Locator) selected by the CCXML scenario to the VoIP terminal through a voice channel of a VoIP network. A web server(40) provides text data corresponding to the voice guide message included in a script to the VoIP terminal through a data channel of the VoIP network and stores the script and the CCXML scenario. |
