Provided is a measuring system for the deformation of a culvert equipped with a corrugated steel plate, which comprises a main body (110) which is to move inside a culvert (200); a remote distance measurement unit (120) which is mounted on the main body (110) in order to measure a remote distance from a corrugated steel plate (210) of the culvert; a concavo-convex identification unit (130A) which is to identify a concavo-convex unit (212) from a continuous distance value from the corrugated steel plate (210), which is measured by the remote distance measurement unit (120); a deformation data generation unit (140) which is to generate data on the deformation of the culvert by detecting the difference between a reference position value (Hc) and a measured position value (H) of the measured distance by the remote distance measurement unit (120), for the position of a concavo unit (212a) or a convex unit (212b) identified by the concavo-convex identification unit (130A).
