<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect failure of a power supply caused by a charge voltage of the primary smoothing capacitor of an isolation transformer, without being provided with a dedicated insulating mechanism in between the primary side of the isolation transformer. <P>SOLUTION: A failure detector 6 detects the failure of the power supply caused by the charge voltage of the primary smoothing capacitor 12 of the isolation transformer 14 by monitoring the voltage V3 between the secondary terminals of the isolation transformer 14 provided in a control power supply 3. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
