The present invention relates to a non-shroud type cooling device. The cooling device is installed on one side of an engine room (E) as a shroud position space (K) in which a shroud is removed. The cooling device is connected to an engine room division panel (50) dividing the engine room and the indoor space of a vehicle so that a fixing force is formed. The cooling device forms a cooling module converting the high temperature engine cooling water come out of an engine (60) due to the air flow of the engine room to the low temperature engine cooling water. Air drawn by a cooling fan (30) forming the cooling module is directly drawn into a radiator (10) by not passing through an intercooler (20). Therefore, the cooling device is provided to improve the cooling efficiency while minimizing a dead zone and improving the space utilization of the engine room according to the substitution of the shroud.
