<p>The presentation invention: naturally improves service providing ability of a virtual secretary according to user's virtual secretary learning ability by discriminating a user-friendliness feature provided to a user from privatization information and managing the user-friendliness feature and by making provision of a service with an increased providing level of convenience according to a level of the privatization information possible; naturally optimizes the service providing ability of the virtual secretary according to the service use frequency of a user and activates the virtual secretary service by improving the providing level of the user-friendliness feature corresponding to an SNS webpage of the other user or access time accessing to the virtual secretary or frequency and by making a virtual secretary of its own rapidly learn the user-friendliness feature of the other user, which user-friendliness feature referred the most; and optimizes the overall providing level of the virtual secretary service to user's environment by limiting increase of the providing level of each user-friendliness feature in consideration of the total amount of privatization information of a user, and by making provision of a service of the virtual secretary with a level taking into account of the overall use frequency of the user.
