The present invention relates to a light guide plate and a light guide plate module using the same for making lamps in various sizes without a bezel. The light guide plate module according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises a light guide plate including a lower main body part and an upper main body part which is integrally formed on the lower main body and extended toward an edge to cover the side area of the lower main body part; and a light source unit which surrounds the edge of the lower main body part formed on the light guide plate.
