An apparatus and a method for manufacturing a flexible display are provided to exfoliate a flexible substrate from an adhesive agent and a support substrate by the horizontal movement of a filling wire. Thin film patterns for constructing a display device are formed on a flexible substrate. The flexible substrate is adhered to a support substrate(41) by an adhesive. A stage(51) mounts the support substrate to the upper portion thereof. A filling wire(55) is moved horizontally to the upper surface of the stage. A moving member controls the movement direction of the filling wire. The stage has plural vacuum holes for fixing the support substrate. The stage includes a heating member for heating the stage. The filling wire is combined with a horizontal moving member for moving horizontally toward the upper surface of the stage. The filling wire is also combined with a vertical moving member for moving vertically toward the upper surface of the stage. |
