Energy management system of at least one building (2) comprising an electric installation (3) for delivering said energy to connection points (4) for devices (5) consuming said energy, the system comprises: an energy flow manager (8) that controls and manages the changes of operation of said devices (5) by means of a wireless communication; a plurality of sensors and actuators (10), each one being associated with one of said connection points (4) and being equipped with circuitry able to detect the electrical consumption quantities of said energy by said devices (5) being connected and to send corresponding first wireless signals (Inl) to said energy flow manager (8) and to command said consumption quantities in said connection points (4); energy flow decisions (15) implemented by said energy flow manager (8) on the basis of said first wireless signals (Inl) as detected and of predefined stored management strategies (16), said energy flow manager (8) sending second wireless signals (ln2) to said plurality of sensors and actuators (10) based on said energy flow decisions (15) by controlling the actual consumption of said devices (5). In this way, the system does not require the intervention of specialised technicians and it could be also used with already existing implant. |
