PURPOSE:To operate normally an interlock even when a thermocouple has been disconnected, also the decrease an apparatus of an alarm monitor, and to prevent malfunction/non-operation of the interlock, by providing the interlock for executing a prescribed operation. CONSTITUTION:A contact of a main vapor temperature fall detecting alarm monitor 1 is turned on, when a main vapor temperature is low and a thermocouple 2 has been disconnected. A contact of a main vapor temperature rise detecting alarm monitor 1 is turned on only when a main vapor temperature is high, and it becomes a contact which is turned off when the thermocouple 2 has been disconnected. In this case, a contact 2' is a contact which is set to <=0 deg.C within a measuring range of the thermocouple 2, for instance, '0'-100 deg.C, and turned on in case of <=0 deg.C. By this setting, in case of a contact (a) which is excited at the time of abnormality, it is not turned on even if a power source is disconnected, therefore, it is turned on only at the time of disconnection, the disconnection of the thermocouple can be detected, an alarm output and malfunction/non-operation of an interlock are prevented, and the number of alarm monitors can be curtailed.
