PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To timely generate an MDT log including appropriate information with an optimal message structure.SOLUTION: A mobile communication method includes: a step A of a mobile station UE in a standby state acquiring radio quality in a cell designated by "MDT Configuration" in a period defined by a "Logged MDT measurement period" to generate and store "LogMDTreport"; a step B of the mobile station UE, when the mobile station UE in a standby state changes its serving cell, acquiring radio quality in its serving cell after the cell change to generate and store "LogMDTCellReselect"; and a step C of the mobile station UE transmitting the "LogMDTreport" and the "LogMDTCellReselect" to a radio base station eNB after transitioning to an active state. |
