PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide bromo-phenyl substituted thiazolyl dihydropyrimidine derivative, its preparation method and use as a medicament for treating and preventing hepatitis B infections.SOLUTION: A bromo-phenyl substituted thiazolyl dihydropyrimidine compound shown by the formula, a methanesulfonic acid salt of the compound, and at least one HBV antiviral drug are disclose; and when being appropriate, a pharmaceutical composition includes at least one immunomodulating substance or interferon, and the HBV antiviral drug is an HBV polymerase inhibitor, lamivudine or a phenylpropene amide compound or the salt. |
