PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the generation of a false signal.SOLUTION: A signal processing device of the present technique includes: a control section for stopping, in an A/D conversion period when a signal corresponding to an electric charge to be read from a pixel is A/D-converted, the supply of the signal to an A/D conversion section for performing A/D conversion; and a holding section for holding a signal value of the signal in a state where the control section is supplying the signal to the A/D conversion section, and supplying the held signal value to the A/D conversion section in a state where the control section is stopping the supply of the signal to the A/D conversion section. The present technique can be applied to a solid state imaging element or an imaging apparatus, for example. |
