The present invention pertains to field of food industry and related fields, particularly to production of beverages. The intention is to work out a beverage from sea-buckthorn having heightened nutritive value. The object matter of this invention is - the new technology of production is based on grinding fruits and seeds of sea-buckthorn, at first in colloidal mill, and father addition insignificant amount of water and delivery into defroster for separation of seeds and their parts, the obtained product-mass is homogenized at temperature below 65 oC during 90 minutes by using YUMIX-type homogenizer. Resulting homogeneous end-product is rich with ingredients from seeds and fruit-peel, e.g., unsaturated fatty acids, proteins and vitamins. Settling process during product storage-time is minimized. |
